Terms of Service
This is a placeholder. It describes how vibemuseo is intended to work, but it has not been written or reviewed by a lawyer. Replace it with real terms before running this publicly.
1. Your account
You need an account to upload. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. By posting, you give vibemuseo permission to store your work and display it on the site — enough to actually run the service, and nothing more. Delete something and we stop displaying it.
Only upload work you made or otherwise have the right to share.
3. What is not allowed
- Content you have no right to post.
- Sexual content involving minors, or anything else illegal.
- Real people depicted in ways designed to deceive or harass.
- Harassment, threats, or targeting individuals.
- Spam, scraping, or attempts to break the site.
4. Sensitive content
Mark adult or disturbing work as sensitive when you post it. Viewers choose whether to see flagged content, and it stays hidden by default.
5. Moderation
We can remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. Where it is practical we will say why.
6. The service itself
vibemuseo is provided as-is. We do not promise it will be available at all times, and we are not liable for lost content — keep your own copies of anything you care about.
7. Changes
These terms may change. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
